Job description
- Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people
- Schedule appointments and update calendar
- Make travel arrangements and reservations for Management
- Compose and type regular correspondence, like notes, invitations and informative material
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Create spreadsheets and presentations
- Plan and execute ideas from inception to completion
- Provide statistical and budget reports
- Responsible for managing small and big projects
- Assist management in daily organizational tasks
- Review and organize regular correspondence like invitations and informative material
- A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable higher institution.
- Candidate should NOT be LESS than 30years of age
- A male candidate is best preferred.
- Must have an international passport
- Must speak at least two of the three major Nigerian languages (Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa)
- Ability to deal with senior management and understand communications at that level
- This role is Ideal for you if you are extremely detailed
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Possess experience in management of small and big projects
- Must be able to drive
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Candidate must be willing to travel at least 70% of the time.
